When will my order ship?

Once your order has been received, it will be processed and shipped within 1-2 days. A notification will be sent once the processing has been complete. Then another once the item has shipped.

Orders may be canceled if they have not been processed and shipped. After they have been processed they may not be canceled or changed.

What payment methods do you accept? 

All major credit cards, Apple pay and Paypal are accepted. 

Where do you ship?

 Currently shipping in the United States and its territories.  

Why don't I see the same deal on your website that I see advertised on social media. 

As everyone knows once you place something online it never truly goes away, this is the same for our social media pages. Once we have posted a deal online it is often shared by numerous people, so a post for a certain product you come across could possible be several days, weeks, or even months old. 

How will my order be shipped to me?

There are a few different options. We offer UPS, USPS, and if you need your order same day/next day please send us an email with your order number, name, and phone number so we can arrange to meet (this is ONLY available for people in the Richmond, TX area). 

What is your return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your product up to 7 days after your purchase has been delivered , then simple contact us at Support@TheVintageAntler.com and state that you would like a refund. We will ask that you return your product at your own expense and once returned we will issue a full refund if the product is in its original packaging, and isn't used or damaged. If the product does not meet these criteria then it will not be considered for refund. 

What is your exchange policy?

If an item does not fit up to standard and a different size is required, then you have up to 7 days after the purchase has been delivered to exchange it. There is no guarantee that the requested size will be available or in-stock.

Non-Return Policy

  • Clearance items are final sale. 
  • Social media Flash Sale items.
  • Final Sale Items such as, bralettes/bras/bandeaus, leggings/yoga pants, hair accessories/hats/beanies, swimwear, undergarments, socks and eyewear. Due to hygienic purposes, there will be NO EXCEPTIONS on these items. Product details will state if an item is final sale.
  • Items returned after 7 days.
